Deaf Access Simcoe Muskoka values feedback, complaints, comments and suggestions brought forward by our consumers and stakeholders and will treat all people who do so with respect and acknowledgment.

To review the process for making a formal complaint, please review our Consumer Complaint Policy. A complaint may be received in person verbally, in person in ASL, by phone, by TTY, in writing by hand delivery, mail, fax or email.

Thank you for taking the time to make us aware of your feedback or complaint. We will do our best to respond to you regarding this issue within 72 hours (3 business days).
