Deaf Access reception and booking coordination hours are currently 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our Barrie office is open for in-person appointments and staff are available weekdays for both virtual assistance and in-person meetings within the community. Due to the ongoing need for COVID-19 restrictions, drop-ins will not be able to be accommodated at this time.
